You can check your order status from the orders page on your account. Please allow 24 hours for the order information to be updated. Once shipped, you can track your order as it makes it way to you. Email us at info@bluntbeautyco.com if you have any questions.

Can I make any changes to my order?

At this time, we will be unable to make any changes or edits to any orders – this includes the shipping address or payment information. Please make sure to review your information before completing your order. 

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot update the address on an order after it has been placed. In the event that your order is returned to us, we are happy to resend the package.

Please note that we cannot refund or replace orders that have been delivered to the address originally provided.

How do I cancel my order?

At this time, we are unable to cancel any orders once they are placed on bluntbeautyco.com. Make sure to check your order details and shipping information before processing your order.
