Thank you for shopping at Blunt Beauty Co.l. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us within 30 days and we will be happy to find the best resolution to ensure your satisfaction.   

Please note that Collections, Sets, and Bundles are eligible for return only if the complete set is returned, unless other arrangements have previously been established.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You may also request a store credit at your preference.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
